Convenient and cozy
The hotel is located in a prime location which makes it easy to move around the city. The room was cozy and clean, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was the best part of our stay, with a great variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had some nice touches like coffee/tea stations on every floor and an internet access workstation.
One downside of the hotel was that the walls were very thin and we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it hard to have a good night's sleep. The other negative aspect was that the hotel lacked some basic amenities, like a gym or fitness center.

During my xmas stay, the hotel offered good room service and clean facilities. The location was also ideal as it was close to the city center and public transport. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for places to visit and eat in the area.
the room was quite small and lacked adequate storage space for our belongings. The noise level from outside was also quite high, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.

This hotel is perfectly located for both exploring the town center and getting to Umea airport. The stop for the airport bus is right outside, making travel convenient and affordable. It's also just a short 10-minute stroll down to the river, offering a beautiful view. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The bathrooms are well-maintained with great showers. The staff is helpful and efficient, and the buffet breakfast offers a high-quality selection.
It would be great to have more information available about the hotel's accessibility for those with physical handicaps.
